Rivya 安全 Upload Guidelines
上傳到 Rivya 前，先檢查 privacy、rights、sensitive data、people、voice、brand assets、provider processing 和 file necessity。
將 images、video、audio、product files、brand materials 或 reference assets 上傳到 Rivya workflow 前，請先使用這份指南。
Uploads 可以讓 Rivya workflows 更有用，但 files 可能包含 sensitive data、third-party rights、private people、confidential business material，或不應送往 providers 的內容。
上傳前要檢查什麼
上傳前，請檢查：
- file 是否是你有權使用的
- 是否包含 private people
- 是否包含 confidential business data
- 是否有可見地址、ID、email 或 account details
- 是否需要 client approval
- upload 對任務是否必要
如果 file 不需要，請不要上傳。
只在有幫助時上傳
Uploads 應該支援特定 workflow，而不是作為一般 storage。
當 model 或 Studio 可以把 file 用作 reference、source material 或 analysis input 時，再使用 uploads。上傳前請檢查相關 workflow page，因為不是每個 public page、model 或 task 都支援 files。
如果任務可以透過文字描述解決，先從那裡開始，只有 files 會改變結果時才加入。
Product 與 Brand Assets
Product 和 brand assets 可以是有用 references。
請檢查：
- logos
- packaging
- unreleased product details
- client-owned images
- campaign materials
- licensed photography
確認預期 workflow 適合這份 asset。
People 與 Voice
包含 people 或 voices 的 files 要特別小心。
請考慮：
- consent
- likeness rights
- voice rights
- private settings
- minors
- sensitive contexts
如果你不確定是否有 permission，請不要使用這個 file。
Sensitive Information
避免上傳包含下列內容的 files：
- passwords
- API keys
- financial records
- medical records
- identity documents
- private customer data
- confidential contracts
如果 sensitive information 不是任務必需，請先移除。
Safe Upload Checklist
當任務依賴 file、reference 或 provider handoff 時，請檢查：
- 檢查 file type、size、source quality，以及 workflow 是否真的支援 uploads。
- 判斷 file 是 reference、要轉換的 source，還是 analysis material。
- 上傳前移除 sensitive 或 unnecessary data。
- 如果 file 會在 generation 過程中離開 browser，請檢查 provider-processing expectations。
- 在 generated result 完成審核前，保留 original file。
目標是在 generation 開始前，讓 input 安全且有用。
常見 Upload 錯誤
避免只因為 file 可用就上傳。
常見錯誤包括：上傳整個 client folder，而不是那個有用 asset；傳送需要先 cleanup 的 raw recordings；未經 approval 使用 brand assets；或加入 reference file 卻沒有說明它應該控制什麼。
如果 file 太寬泛，請先簡化它，再花費 credits 進行 generation attempt。
何時需要重做 File Inputs
當 upload 太大、太吵雜、太敏感、不受所選 workflow 支援，或不清楚它應該控制什麼時，請重做 input。
在這些情況下，請先修正 file 或選擇更好的 workflow，再花費 credits 進行 generation attempt。
