billing events, credit changes, generation status, unread items, এবং event-এর পরে কোথায় follow up করবেন তা বুঝতে হলে এই notifications center guide ব্যবহার করুন।

Rivya-র notifications center product-কে busy দেখানোর জন্য নেই।

এটি আছে কারণ কিছু events প্রথম ঘটার মুহূর্ত পেরিয়েও গুরুত্বপূর্ণ থাকে।

Notifications আসলে কোন Question-এর উত্তর দেয়

Notifications সবচেয়ে useful যখন আপনি জিজ্ঞেস করছেন না:

বরং তারা জিজ্ঞেস করছে:

এই কারণেই notifications history এবং settings দুটির থেকেই আলাদা।

Notifications Operational Events-এর জন্য, General Activity নয়

current live notification stream তিনটি practical kind ঘিরে organized:

• billing
• credits
• generation

broader data model-এ account kind-ও আছে, কিন্তু active user-facing stream intentionally উপরের তিনটি kind-কে কেন্দ্র করে।

এটি missing feature নয়, product choice। system প্রতিটি possible event নয়, useful signal preserve করতে চায়।

এখানে যে Events সত্যিই Matter করে

এখন সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ durable notification events include করে:

• subscription started
• subscription renewed
• payment failed
• credit package added
• generation succeeded
• generation failed
• insufficient credits

এগুলো শুধু status decorations নয়। প্রতিটি event user কাজ continue করবে, top up করবে, কিছু reopen করবে, নাকি failure investigate করবে তা বদলাতে পারে।

অন্য Page-এ Result থাকলেও Notification কেন থাকে

এটাই center-কে useful করে।

generation history-তে একটি generation আগে থেকেই visible হতে পারে। billing বা credits pages-এ billing change আগে থেকেই দেখা যেতে পারে।

Notifications তবু গুরুত্বপূর্ণ, কারণ এগুলো cross-cutting question-এর উত্তর দেয়:

এই কারণেই একই event দেখা যেতে পারে:

• related workspace বা settings page-এ
• এবং durable operational record হিসেবে notifications-এ

Dashboard Preview বনাম Full Notifications Page

dashboard preview হলো short version।

এটি উত্তর দিতে আছে:

• আমার unread items আছে কি?
• urgent কিছু আছে কি?
• full center খুলব কি?

full /notifications page-এ আপনি longer operational view পান।

এটি বর্তমানে দেয়:

• recent notifications-এর feed
• kind অনুযায়ী counts
• unread state
• mark-all-read action
• সবচেয়ে relevant product page-এ ফেরার links

শেষ অংশটি শোনার চেয়ে বেশি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। useful notification আপনাকে actionable কোথাও নিয়ে যাওয়া উচিত।

Notifications বনাম History

main question যদি হয়:

generation fail করলে notifications হয়তো প্রথম জায়গা যেখানে problem দেখবেন। History হলো সেই জায়গা যেখানে task ঘিরে broader work record reopen করবেন।

Notifications বনাম Settings

এই distinction খুব পরিষ্কার রাখা দরকার:

• settings manage করে আপনি কী control করেন
• notifications preserve করে কী already happened

For example:

• newsletter preference settings-এ belongs করে
• failed payment notifications-এ belongs করে

এগুলোকে একই ধরে নিলে product সাধারণত harder to reason about হয়।

Notifications Center কখন সবচেয়ে Useful

center এই মুহূর্তগুলোতে সবচেয়ে valuable:

• আপনি দূরে ছিলেন এবং important কিছু বদলেছে কি না জানতে চান
• একটি run fine মনে হয়েছিল, কিন্তু পরে কিছু failed
• checkout completed হয়েছে এবং account আসলে কী record করেছে confirm করতে চান
• credits low হয়েছে এবং top up নাকি stop করবেন decide করতে হবে

এই মুহূর্তগুলোতে toast খুব temporary, আর full history page খুব indirect।

Practical Notification Habit

বেশিরভাগ user-এর জন্য ভালো pattern:

1. dashboard ব্যবহার করে attention দরকার কি না spot করুন
2. short preview যথেষ্ট না হলে full notifications page খুলুন
3. related link follow করে right workspace বা settings page-এ ফিরে যান

এতে notifications passive inbox নয়, operational workspace-এর মতো কাজ করে।

Notification Review Checklist

final output-only না দেখে কোনো event বুঝতে হলে check করুন:

• notification billing, credits, generation, নাকি account state নিয়ে তা check করুন।
• generation alerts-কে task record এবং history item-এর সঙ্গে connect করুন।
• payment এবং credit alerts-কে billing বা credits settings-এর সঙ্গে connect করুন।
• notifications-কে status context হিসেবে ধরুন, invoices, task details বা wallet history-এর replacement নয়।
• unread state triage-এর জন্য ব্যবহার করুন, event unresolved তার proof হিসেবে নয়।

Status এবং History Disagree করলে Recheck করুন

notification এক কথা বললে আর history, wallet, বা billing state আরেক কথা বললে recheck করুন। latest settled account state-ই next action decide করবে।
