Rivya Troubleshooting Guide

Rivya chat, uploads, generation tasks, history, notifications, credits, বা billing state expected মতো behave না করলে এই troubleshooting guide ব্যবহার করুন।

Rivya broken মনে হলে fastest fix হলো কোন layer আসলে fail করছে তা decide করা।

বেশির ভাগ issues পাঁচ জায়গার একটিতে পড়ে:

• access এবং sign-in
• model বা input mismatch
• async task state
• wallet বা payment state
• saved work lookup

সবকিছুকে generic “bug” হিসেবে ধরার চেয়ে এই split অনেক বেশি useful।

1. Chat Will Not Send

chat আসলে run না করলে simple causes আগে check করুন:

• আপনি এখনও public landing flow-তে থাকতে পারেন এবং send করার আগে sign in দরকার হতে পারে
• draft message empty হতে পারে
• saved session cleanly load না-ও হতে পারে

problem session-specific হলে কোন path-এ ছিলেন guess করার বদলে History থেকে conversation reopen করুন।

task narrow এবং repetitive হলে broad plain-chat thread-এ continue করার বদলে tool entry থেকে restart করাও cleaner হতে পারে।

2. Generation Will Not Start

image, video, বা audio generation সত্যিই শুরু হওয়ার আগেই fail করলে usual causes:

• required prompt content missing
• dialogue-style audio form incomplete
• selected model reference file require করে এবং none provided
• account-এর enough credits নেই

এখন insufficient credits upstream service call হওয়ার আগেই run fail করতে পারে। তাই “nothing happened” feeling থাকলেও real failed record এবং notification থেকে যেতে পারে।

3. Uploads Fail

Uploads model-driven, category-driven নয়।

এর অর্থ:

• category-র every model একই reference kinds accept করে না
• every model একই number of files accept করে না
• real generation request-এর আগে size এবং type limits enforced হয়

upload fail করলে check করুন:

• model আদৌ ওই file kind support করে কি না
• current reference-file limit already hit করেছেন কি না
• file type বা size current upload rules violate করছে কি না

workflow audio cleanup বা isolation হলে মনে রাখুন, uploaded-audio paths prompt-first TTS বা voice generation থেকে structurally different।

4. Task Stuck In Progress

Rivya-তে image, video, এবং audio runs async tasks।

visible states:

• WAITING
• GENERATING
• SUCCESS
• FAILED

task stuck মনে হলে শুধু current page দেখবেন না।

এই surfaces-ও check করুন:

• active Studio
• History
• Notifications Center
• /dashboard recent generations

কিছু tasks callback দিয়ে finish করে, কিছু polling বা refresh দিয়ে। তাই “still generating” নিজে “lost” নয়। অনেক সময় task final upstream result settle হওয়ার অপেক্ষায় থাকে।

5. Task Failed

Rivya-তে failure সাধারণত preserved হয়, hidden নয়।

failed task রাখতে পারে:

• failed status নিজেই
• error message
• reserved credits reverse করা উচিত হলে refund state
• durable review-এর জন্য generation-failed notification

তাই right next step সাধারণত:

1. failure state পড়ুন
2. problem credits, prompt, নাকি input mismatch ছিল তা decide করুন
3. নির্দিষ্ট cause fix করার পরে only rerun করুন

every failure-কে transient UI issue ধরে নেবেন না।

6. Result Seems Gone

সাধারণত result gone নয়। এটি শুধু wrong surface-এ আছে।

question যদি হয়:

History ব্যবহার করুন।

question যদি হয়:

Notifications Center ব্যবহার করুন।

broad rule:

• chat chat history-তে ফিরে যায়
• image, video, এবং audio generation history-তে ফিরে যায়
• billing এবং credit events প্রায়ই notifications-এ সবচেয়ে clear দেখা যায়

7. Payment State Looks Old

checkout finished কিন্তু wallet বা billing state stale দেখালে payment lost assume করার আগে billing path follow করুন।

current product flow:

1. checkout complete করুন
2. /payment দিয়ে return করুন
3. product-কে billing বা wallet state poll ও refresh করতে দিন
4. /settings/billing বা /settings/credits check করুন

Notifications billing outcomes preserve করতে পারে, তাই account state out of sync লাগলে সেগুলো check করা worth it।

8. Where To Check First

এই shortcut ব্যবহার করুন:

• current Studio: live work in progress
• History: saved outputs এবং saved conversations
• Notifications Center: already happened operational events
• /settings/billing: subscription state
• /settings/credits: wallet balance, packs, expiry, এবং transactions

বেশির ভাগ confusion wrong layer আগে check করা থেকে আসে।

Troubleshooting Triage Checklist

same action repeat করার আগে প্রথম কোথায় check করবেন তা choose করুন:

• Chat will not send: sign-in, session state, model availability, এবং credit behavior check করুন।
• Uploads fail: file type, size, model support, এবং task-এর সত্যিই file দরকার কি না check করুন।
• Generation is stuck: task status, provider callbacks, polling, history, এবং notifications check করুন।
• Billing looks stale: Checkout return, webhook settlement, billing settings, এবং credits settings check করুন।
• Results look missing: correct history kind এবং task actually completed কি না check করুন।

Escalating-এর আগে Recheck করুন

account area, task id বা payment context, expected result, actual result, এবং last visible state নাম বলতে পারার পরেই escalate করুন। এতে support guesswork নয়, diagnosis হয়।
