These Terms of Service explain the basic rules for using Rivya, including the website, account system, subscriptions, credit packs, chat, image, video, audio workflows, and related support surfaces. The goal is to set clear expectations so you know where things stand before you rely on the service.
By accessing or using Rivya, you agree to these Terms.
You must be legally able to use the service under applicable law.
You are responsible for:
providing accurate account information
keeping your login credentials secure
all activity that occurs under your account
You may not share access in a way that violates your plan, applicable law, or platform safety requirements.
Rivya provides access to AI-assisted workflows, which may include:
chat and prompt-based assistance
image generation and editing
video generation and iteration
voice, dialogue, sound effects, audio cleanup, and other audio-related generation or processing
model discovery, billing, credits, and history features
Features, model availability, pricing, optional integrations, and usage limits may change over time.
We try to keep billing simple and predictable. Rivya may offer:
free access tiers
recurring subscriptions
one-time credit packs
other one-time offers when listed in the service
Some credit packs may be available without a paid subscription. Credits may be granted, refreshed, expire, or be consumed according to the current pricing, billing, and product rules shown in the service. Purchased plans, credit packs, and renewals are subject to the payment terms presented at checkout.
Unless otherwise stated or required by law:
fees are charged in advance
completed purchases are non-refundable
credit usage is deducted based on the workflow or model used
If a generation run or chat run fails after credits were reserved, Rivya may automatically return reserved credits or reverse the related usage record. We do this to keep billing fair, but that operational credit adjustment does not create a right to a cash refund.
Subscription management, cancellation, and payment-method changes are handled through the billing flows made available in the product, which may include Stripe customer portal tools. Timing and effect of those changes depend on the current billing state and Stripe processing.
Rivya is built to help people create, but it must not be used to produce, edit, upload, request, share, or facilitate harmful or unlawful content. You agree not to use Rivya to violate applicable laws or regulations, infringe another person's rights, upload malware or exploit code, attempt unauthorized access, commit fraud, or interfere with the service, other users, or platform security.
The following content and uses are prohibited:
Sexual or NSFW content: pornography, explicit nudity, sexual services, sexual violence, or non-consensual intimate imagery. Sexual content involving, depicting, or appearing to depict a minor is strictly prohibited, including grooming, child sexual exploitation, and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Violence, blood, or gore: graphic injury or gore, credible threats, content that praises or encourages violence or self-harm, or instructions intended to enable serious physical harm.
Hate and targeted abuse: content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, or promotes discrimination against people based on protected traits, as well as extremist praise or recruitment and targeted harassment.
Child-unsafe content: exploitation, grooming, abuse, endangerment, sexualization, or any attempt to bypass safeguards designed to protect minors.
Deceptive deepfakes or impersonation: using a real person's face, voice, identity, or likeness without authorization to deceive, defraud, harass, create non-consensual intimate material, or falsely present a fabricated event as real.
Copyright, trademark, and other rights violations: piracy, counterfeit material, unauthorized copying or cloning, infringement of intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights, or removing watermarks or safety marks to conceal infringement.
Depending on severity, context, recurrence, and legal obligations, Rivya may block a prompt, upload, or output; refuse or stop a task; remove content from Rivya-controlled surfaces; preserve relevant evidence; issue a warning; limit features or request rates; reverse related credits; suspend access; or terminate an account. Serious child-safety threats, credible violence, fraud, or other unlawful activity may be escalated to relevant providers or authorities where required by law. Purchasing credits or a subscription does not create an exception to these rules.
Please email [email protected] with the subject Safety report, or use our contact page. When possible, include the relevant URL or task ID, the reason for your concern, and any context that helps us review it. Do not resend illegal material; a link, task ID, or clear description is enough. We review good-faith reports and limit disclosure of reporter information to what is needed for safety, legal, and support work.
Rivya may use automated safety signals, technical controls, safeguards from service providers, user reports, and human review of flagged content or account context. Review is limited to what is reasonably needed to investigate, enforce these terms, protect people and the service, and meet legal obligations. If you believe we acted in error, email [email protected] with the subject Safety appeal and the relevant task or account details. We will review the available context, although we cannot promise that blocked content or access will be restored.
You retain rights you hold in prompts, uploads, and other content you submit to Rivya.
You grant Rivya the limited rights necessary to:
operate the service
process generation requests
store outputs and task history
provide support, billing, and technical maintenance
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to use the content you submit.
AI-generated outputs can be fast and useful, but they can also be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unsuitable for a particular use case.
As between you and Rivya, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you own the outputs generated through your account. If any rights in those outputs vest in Rivya, Rivya assigns them to you.
Rivya does not guarantee that outputs are unique, non-infringing, error-free, or suitable for every commercial use without review.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, distributing, relying on, or using them in production, business, legal, medical, financial, or safety-sensitive contexts. You are also responsible for making sure you have the rights to use any prompts, uploads, source materials, logos, likenesses, or other inputs you submit. Use of outputs may still depend on the model used, third-party provider terms, and applicable law.
Rivya may rely on third-party providers for payments, sign-in, infrastructure, storage, email delivery, AI generation, chat routing, analytics, abuse prevention, or support tooling. That means some parts of the experience depend on third-party systems outside Rivya's direct control.
We hope not to need this, but we may suspend or terminate access if:
you violate these Terms
your use creates legal, billing, security, or abuse risk
a payment is reversed or determined to be fraudulent
continued service is no longer operationally feasible
We may also reject tasks, rate-limit requests, or reverse reserved credits when a run fails, is abusive, or cannot be completed safely.
You may stop using Rivya at any time. Subscription cancellation rules and account-management tools are governed by the billing flows available in the service.
Rivya is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every model, provider, or workflow will remain available indefinitely, even though we aim to keep the experience dependable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rivya and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date on this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us. We will try to explain the practical side as clearly as we can.
