Rivya may use cookies and similar technologies to:
keep users signed in
maintain secure sessions
remember language, interface, or product preferences
support billing, checkout, and account-management flows
support a sign-in, analytics, affiliate, captcha, or support integration only when that specific feature is configured and active
measure usage and diagnose product issues
protect the service from abuse, fraud, and suspicious activity
These cookies or similar mechanisms are required for the site or product to function, such as:
Better Auth sign-in and session cookies
session cookie cache and related account security state
the NEXT_LOCALE cookie used to remember language selection
security-related state used for authentication, password reset, and account actions
Stripe checkout or customer-portal state when you use an enabled billing action
Rivya may also use or allow a provider to use cookies or browser-side state only when the related integration is configured and active in the deployment. Examples include:
Google sign-in when you choose Google, or a legacy GitHub or Discord sign-in method when that method is enabled and selected
email authentication and security state needed for the six-digit code flow
Turnstile or another configured abuse-prevention control when captcha is enabled
the specific analytics or performance measurement integration enabled for that deployment
the specific affiliate or attribution integration enabled for that deployment
the specific support widget enabled for that deployment
The presence of an optional integration in the codebase does not mean that it is active in every environment, stored on every browser, or used for every visitor.
You can usually control cookies through your browser settings. Depending on your browser, you may be able to:
delete stored cookies
block all cookies
block only certain categories of cookies
receive a warning before a cookie is stored
If you disable essential cookies, parts of Rivya may not function correctly or may feel less reliable. Where possible, we try to keep essential browser-side state limited to what the service genuinely needs.
We may update this Cookie Policy as the product and its infrastructure evolve. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page.
