अवलोकन

ये सेवा शर्तें Rivya का उपयोग करने के मूल नियम समझाती हैं, जिनमें website, account system, subscriptions, credit packs, chat, image, video, audio workflows और संबंधित support surfaces शामिल हैं। उद्देश्य साफ अपेक्षाएं तय करना है, ताकि service पर भरोसा करने से पहले आपको इसकी सीमाएं समझ में आ जाएं।

Rivya access या use करके, आप इन शर्तों से सहमत होते हैं।

पात्रता और खाते

Applicable law के तहत service का उपयोग करने के लिए आपका कानूनी रूप से सक्षम होना जरूरी है।

आप इन बातों के लिए जिम्मेदार हैं:

• सही account information देने के लिए
• अपने login credentials सुरक्षित रखने के लिए
• आपके account के तहत होने वाली सभी गतिविधियों के लिए

आप access को ऐसे share नहीं कर सकते जो आपके plan, applicable law या platform safety requirements का उल्लंघन करे।

Rivya सेवाएं

Rivya AI-assisted workflows तक access देता है, जिनमें ये शामिल हो सकते हैं:

• chat और prompt-based सहायता
• image generation और editing
• video generation और iteration
• voice, dialogue, sound effects, audio cleanup और अन्य audio-related generation या processing
• model discovery, billing, credits और history features

Features, model availability, pricing, optional integrations और usage limits समय के साथ बदल सकते हैं।

Credits, subscriptions और purchases

हम billing को सरल और predictable रखने की कोशिश करते हैं। Rivya ये offer कर सकता है:

• free access tiers
• recurring subscriptions
• one-time credit packs
• service में listed होने पर अन्य one-time offers

कुछ credit packs paid subscription के बिना available हो सकते हैं। Credits current pricing, billing और service में दिखाई गई product rules के अनुसार granted, refreshed, expire या consumed हो सकते हैं। Purchased plans, credit packs और renewals checkout पर दिखाई गई payment terms के अधीन होते हैं।

जब तक अलग से न कहा गया हो या law require न करे:

• completed purchases non-refundable होते हैं

अगर कोई generation run या chat run credits reserve होने के बाद fail हो जाता है, तो Rivya reserved credits automatically return कर सकता है या संबंधित usage record reverse कर सकता है। हम billing fair रखने के लिए ऐसा करते हैं, लेकिन यह operational credit adjustment cash refund का अधिकार नहीं बनाता।

Subscription management, cancellation और payment-method changes product में available billing flows के through handle होते हैं, जिनमें Stripe customer portal tools शामिल हो सकते हैं। इन changes का timing और effect current billing state और Stripe processing पर depend करता है।

स्वीकार्य उपयोग

आप Rivya का उपयोग इन कामों के लिए नहीं कर सकते:

• intellectual property या privacy rights का उल्लंघन करना
• malware, exploit code या harmful content upload करना
• systems, accounts या provider infrastructure तक unauthorized access की कोशिश करना
• abusive, fraudulent या prohibited content generate, distribute या facilitate करना
• service, other users या platform security में interfere करना

हम misuse की जांच कर सकते हैं और appropriate होने पर rate limits, suspensions, task rejection, credit reversal या account termination जैसे कदम उठा सकते हैं।

आपकी सामग्री

आप Rivya को submit किए गए prompts, uploads और other content में अपने पास मौजूद rights बनाए रखते हैं।

आप Rivya को ये limited rights देते हैं जो इन कामों के लिए जरूरी हैं:

• service operate करने के लिए
• generation requests process करने के लिए
• outputs और task history store करने के लिए
• support, billing और technical maintenance provide करने के लिए

यह सुनिश्चित करना आपकी जिम्मेदारी है कि submitted content use करने के rights आपके पास हों।

Generated outputs

AI-generated outputs तेज और उपयोगी हो सकते हैं, लेकिन वे inaccurate, incomplete, delayed या किसी particular use case के लिए unsuitable भी हो सकते हैं।

आप और Rivya के बीच, और applicable law द्वारा permitted extent तक, आपके account से generated outputs आपके होते हैं। अगर उन outputs में कोई rights Rivya में vest होते हैं, तो Rivya उन्हें आपको assign करता है।

Rivya यह guarantee नहीं करता कि outputs unique, non-infringing, error-free हैं या review के बिना हर commercial use के लिए suitable हैं।

Outputs publish, distribute, rely on करने या production, business, legal, medical, financial या safety-sensitive contexts में use करने से पहले उनका review करना आपकी responsibility है। यह ensure करना भी आपकी responsibility है कि submitted prompts, uploads, source materials, logos, likenesses या other inputs use करने के rights आपके पास हों। Outputs का use अभी भी used model, third-party provider terms और applicable law पर depend कर सकता है।

Third-party providers

Rivya payments, sign-in, infrastructure, storage, email delivery, AI generation, chat routing, analytics, abuse prevention या support tooling के लिए third-party providers पर rely कर सकता है। इसका मतलब है कि experience के कुछ parts Rivya के direct control से बाहर third-party systems पर depend करते हैं।

Suspension और termination

हम उम्मीद करते हैं कि इसकी जरूरत न पड़े, लेकिन हम access suspend या terminate कर सकते हैं अगर:

• आप इन शर्तों का उल्लंघन करते हैं
• आपका use legal, billing, security या abuse risk create करता है
• payment reverse हो जाता है या fraudulent पाया जाता है
• continued service operationally feasible नहीं रहती

जब कोई run fail हो, abusive हो या safely complete न हो सके, तब हम tasks reject कर सकते हैं, requests rate-limit कर सकते हैं या reserved credits reverse कर सकते हैं।

आप किसी भी समय Rivya use करना stop कर सकते हैं। Subscription cancellation rules और account-management tools service में available billing flows से governed हैं।

अस्वीकरण

Rivya "as available" basis पर provided है। हम uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, या यह guarantee नहीं करते कि हर model, provider या workflow indefinitely available रहेगा, भले ही हमारा लक्ष्य experience को dependable रखना है।

Liability की सीमा
