Rivya plans and credit packs: prices and how to choose

Choose a Rivya purchase by how many credits you expect to use before they expire. Subscriptions and one-time packs use the same account balance, but their payment schedules and credit validity differ. Current offers and checkout totals are on Pricing.

Start with frequency and expiry

New accounts receive 6 signup credits valid for 30 days. Free does not receive monthly credits, and the gift may not cover every model or setting. If you are new, follow Getting started and check the estimated cost before submitting.

For regular work, compare your monthly demand with the subscription allowances below. For occasional projects, compare a pack's 365-day validity with the subscription's 30-day credit grants. A lower price per credit is useful only if you will actually use those credits before they expire. You can buy packs on Free, and buying a pack does not start a subscription.

Subscription prices

All prices below are in USD. The annual price is charged for the full year, not each month.

Both monthly and annual subscriptions issue credits monthly. Each grant expires after 30 days; unused credits do not remain available indefinitely. Annual payment does not provide the full year's credits upfront. See Credits and billing for expiration and spending order.

One-time credit packs

Packs have no recurring charge. Each purchase's credits are valid for 365 days.

Packs can supplement a subscription or fund an account without one. Compare the amount you expect to use, not just the largest pack's unit price.

Estimate your work before choosing a tier

Select the actual model and settings, then note the displayed estimated cost. Add the tasks you expect to submit, including planned variations or retries. Chat, images, video, audio, tools and API requests all draw from the account balance. The same number of credits does not imply the same number of outputs across models and settings; see Quality, duration and aspect ratio.

For example, if your estimated monthly work totals 250 credits, Basic's 300-credit allowance covers that estimate. If a single occasional project needs 400 credits, a 500-credit pack covers the estimate without starting a subscription. These are hypothetical credit budgets, not tested generation counts or a guarantee that the work will succeed. Leave room for additional attempts you choose to make. Compare monthly and annual payment

Compare the annual price with 12 monthly payments, then consider whether you expect to keep using Rivya for the year. An annual subscription charges for a year even though credits arrive monthly. Monthly payment involves a smaller initial payment. In either case, account for each credit grant's 30-day expiry when estimating value.

Add credits or ask about changing a plan

If your subscription normally covers your work but one project needs more, you can buy a pack without changing the subscription. The current billing portal does not offer self-service upgrades, downgrades or pausing. A new subscription checkout does not upgrade an existing subscription, and a second subscription is blocked while the first remains open. Buy and check the result

Use /settings/credits to buy packs and inspect the balance, expiry dates and transactions. Use /settings/billing for subscription status, invoice history and payment-method management through the portal. Check active discounts, taxes, available payment methods and the final total in Stripe Checkout before paying.

After payment, check the relevant account page. A closed browser or timed-out return page alone does not mean payment failed, because updates happen on the server. Check your receipt and transaction history before paying again; follow Payment checkout if the purchase is missing.
